By default configurable EV and IV items are disabled in the config. By default there will be one slot for the EXP and Shiny charms, two slots for the Type charms.

The Multi-Charm can be combined with up to 18 different Types. Each type can be Enabled(Red)/Disabled(Blue). Buttons with a Yellow lock signify a missing Advancement or the effect is disabled in the config.
